I found the service extremely helpful during the course of my travels in Tokyo and the surrounding cities. The Wi-Fi always had great connection and it was clear and easy to use. The only problem I had with it was when it was moving about in my pocket, the screen would move and select random settings. At one point, the pocket wi-fi even blocked my phone from being able to connect to the device. That happened only once and was easily fixed. 10/10 I would use this service again.

My stay in Japan was great bec. We used Premium wifi I can still work & communicate with my staff even Im on a holiday.

Lo utilizamos durante 2 semanas y nos conectábamos cuatro personas y ningún problema.

Good connections and battery pack includes was a good set.

The service is amazing, I had no problem accessing the device anywhere in Japan - which includes Matsuyama and all of Hokkaido up to Wakkanai, Mombetsu, the Bihoro Pass etc.
The only reason I have to deduct a point is the hardware itself. I had it on three different occasions that the Wi-Fi (while being in my trouser pocket)
- unlocks itself
- blocks my Phone
- resets its SIM
- nearly resets its Password
- switches language to Japanese

Thank God I know tech well enough AND am able to read fluent Japanese. Aside from the Wi-Fi itself, everything is in good English (including the device when it reaches you), so I can recommend this service. Just don't carry the Wi-Fi directly on your body, use a bag or something.

Exactly as advertised. Easy to use. Very fast internet everywhere you go. Battery lasts all day.

We drove around Hokkaido and being connected the whole time was very helpful. Really handy in remote areas for tourists who don’t want to pay for global roaming. The service is really efficient : delivery to the hotel and drop off at any post box.
