The service was great, we made a last minute change from South Korea to Japan and we weren't sure how to get mobile data/Internet. After watching a video we ordered a hotspot from Japan wireless and it came quickly to our hotel. Set up was easy and we really enjoyed our trip with it. Will be ordering again soon.

My family and I have been using this device for nearly three weeks and it has never posed any problem. In fact it has always operated flawlessly at all times. The accompanying power bank is also excellent.

We booked by email and received the package in our hotel when we arrive in Japan, all great, always working well! In the end left the package in the mail, all smooth and easy!

Efficient service, I absolutely recommend it because it works and does exactly what the site promises. We travelled for a fortnight to various cities and locations and it always worked great with three devices constantly connected.

Easy to order and collect. I had ordered hotel delivery but tsunami season meant it had to be collected on the mainland. Easy to use and connect, so convenient having wifi 24/7. Very easy to deal with the customer service team.
