We had an issue at pick up but the wifi was sent to our hotel on the same day and from there we had no issue. Great service and coverage.

It worked perfectly all the time and was a fast conextion. The battery last almost the whole day, only needing the power pack (provided) a couple of times. I totally recomend it.

Easy, lasting all day, quick, perfect

So convenient and great battery life. Was a saviour while travelling 👌

The unit worked perfectly. Pick up and drop off was easy.

Easy to pick up, easy to return. I needed consistent internet for Google Maps and Translate apps and the pocket wi-fi did the job!

I got Japan Wireless for 17days, fully insured, unlimited data for 2 users. It was great, watch any YouTube tips wherever you are, keep playing videogames on a long train trip... very nice! I felt like I could check anything anywhere.

It was a great product and I recommend trying it out. 😊
