we only charge it once a day. it can last for more than 10 hours. it is compact and fast. will definitely use this again next time we go back to japan

Good quality device and reliable service. Customer support is also great. Thank you,

didn’t run into any issues. pick up was smooth. using it was smooth. drop off was smooth. pretty great for my first solo trip

Simple to order, pickup, use and return. Will certainly use again on next trip.

Une prestation très intéressante, un matériel de très bonne qualité et fonctionnant très bien en tout lieu et tout temps.
Je recommande vivement

was very easy to install and was great to use

My iPhone doesn’t support eSIM so I always rent pocket WiFi.
The location was bit hard to find (you have to walk a bit), but once you find it, picking up is very easy process.
They provide everything in one bag. Pocket WiFi came with charging bank, cable and outlet.
It also came with return envelope for easy drop off at the airport.

I would recommend this for anyone and it can save you $$$ as long as you reserve it ahead of time.
Bon Voyage!

My husband and I recently visited Japan and needed an easy way to be able to use our phones on the go. We are from the USA and do not have "unlocked" iPhones since we bought them through our carrier.

So, we left our phones on airplane mode during our trip and used the pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless to help us stay connected. It worked perfectly, had great speeds, and was exactly what we needed. 10/10 would do this again!

Everything was perfect and easy to do.
Highly recommended
