Excellent service fast connection

It was easy to pick up and return and so convenient to have with us throughout our Japan travels.

I rented the pocket wifi online and had it ready for pick up at the airport. The service was absolutely wonderful! We connected 4 phones to it and had no problems at all. The red box at the airport was also very convenient for drop off. I highly recommend!

Easy pickup at our hotel and convenient drop off at the airport. No issues with connectivity and no issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this product when traveling in Japan.

The Pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless was fantastic. I was very happy with the device. It had great WiFi connection everywhere I traveled in Japan and I was in Japan for over 3 weeks. The pickup and return instructions were easy to follow. I would definitely rent from Japan Wireless the next time I visit Japan.

Booking was easy as was the use of the pocket wifi. It was also very convenient to have delivery to our hotel and equally convenient to return it via the postal service. Very pleased with service and entire process.

With the usual wear and tear the service was great! Wish battery life was longer but it was great and simple for what I had!

Highest praise possible for Japan Wireless for me! The box arrived even quicker than expected. It had great battery life, lasted all day. The value of my package was great and affordable even with add-ons included. The returns process was so easy as well, which made me feel very relaxed. You'd be hard pressed to find a better option, I will be booking again next time I visit!
