We ordered the Wifi-Pocket in advance and had it shipped to the hotel. It was ready on arrival. Very user friendly, strong Wifi everywhere...en easy to return. Super!!!!

Made the trip very easy.

Portable wi-fi have been me and my wife’s go to solution for internet both times in Japan, and it just works great. All the communication before, during, and after surrounding how to use, pick up, and leave the wi-fi is great and it worked very well in Tokyo, Kyoto, Nagoya, Magome, Tsumago, Nara, Osaka. No doubt it works great elsewhere as well.

I ordered pocket wifi for second time visiting japan. I used japan wireless 5 years previously and had a flawless experience. I ordered again from japan wireless because they have quality equipment and free delivery to hotel. Unfortunately I had medical emergency prior to arrival and could not cancel my order in time.
