Worked everywhere!!!

I booked and paid for Japan Wireless from Italy. I picked it up at the airport in a few minutes. Convenient, light, effective, complete with power bank and charging cables, perfect. Zero problems for 18 days. Returned to the airport before leaving. Everything very simple. Congratulations for the service.

Avere un modem ovunque è fantastico ! Connessione ad internet in qualunque luogo ed in qualunque momento… in metropolitana o nella foresta non faceva differenza… sempre connesso !

Wonderful company to do business with. Very clear instructions provided on where to pickup device, how to use during our time in Japan, and where to return prior to departure. Excellent signal/service while in country and customer service was very friendly. Would gladly do business with them again when we return to Japan.

You can nover go wrong with this! I always rent this when I'm in Japan. :D

All went really smoothly from pick-up to returning the package, and the wifi worked everywhere.

Worked very fine in many different locations in Japan.

We decided against mobile SIM card or e-sim, because this would've drained the battery too much when using it as hotspot the entire day. This solution was just perfect for us and we would do it again next time for sure.

All fine, great and very usefull

We had 3 weeks in Japan travelling between Hiroshima in the West to Tokyo in the East and including some remote areas along the Nakasendo.
After connecting in Osaka after arrival all worked well providing map access virtually everywhere.
We had a connection problem when moving from near Nagano to Tokyo but this was fixed very promptly by email.
Good system which I will use again.
