Used for nearly 1 month allover Japan. Exceed expectations. Wish I could’ve brought home to use every where I go

Worked well, used for 2 phones, battery was more than enough for a full day and spare battery provided.

Best pocket wifi I’ve had in all 8 of my visits to Japan! Always had great reception, was quick and easy instructions.

Product was as described and the ease of collection was excellent. being able to finalise use at the airport was a plus. Will use this service again

Great service and consistent connection to the internet! Easy pickup and dropoff will get the service again

It was easy to pick up easy to return. The pocket WiFi was easy to use. Having a po let WiFi is a great help to me because it helped me navigate my way around Tokyo - goggle map and Google translate . It’s always helpful to have a pocket WiFi & it worked perfectly.

Good signal within nagoya

Wi fi connection was very good speed. I recommend.

Gave us fast and faultless wifi throughout Japan. Much faster and consistent than an equivalent product we had in Korea. Comes with battery backup, but we never had to use. Highly recommended.

Japan Wireless was excellent for our 28 day tour of Japan from Nagasaki right up to Sapporo. No issues at all with any drop outs. Spare battery came in handy. Received at our hotel as scheduled and drop off at the airport was easy. Would definitely hire this again.
