WiFi box worked great! Saved us on our trip because my SIM card unfortunately didn’t work. However I wish the wifi worked in Tokyo Disneyland/ Disney sea, there was just no signal there, but overall I was very happy with it and would definitely recommend.

The WiFi came in handy throughout our trip. It worked fine on the Shinkansen going to Okayama; however, I noticed it didn’t work well going from Osaka to Tokyo on the Nozomi. My husband was very happy with the device. I would rent it again in the future!

Very easy to reserve. We got it dropped off at our hotel. It was there waiting for us when we arrived. Coverage and speed was great.

The Japan wireless portable wifi was very handy for our family because we dont get to remove our local sim cards. Wifi is opened and poof! We get connected. Signal is super strong and there was never a dull connection. Highly recommended!

It was do easy to pick up drop off and use

The portable Wi-Fi was essential for our Japan trip. Without it, I would not have been able to navigate my way through Tokyo. I highly recommend this service and will use it again the next time I visit Japan.

It was so easy to pick them up. And the service of the wifi was so great all day long and all through out our journey in Japan. Highly recommended and we'll use it again.

The devices were waiting for us at our hotel since we had a late flight. We ordered two packs since we had our two teens with us. We set them up to automatically connect to both of them, so sometimes one would go to sleep if we were all connected to the other one pack. We were only in Tokyo, Narita and Chiba, so I don'tknow how well it works outside of those areas. Occasionally the battery would die by the end of the day, but they include a battery pack. The battery pack was nice to have but didn't have a long charge. We will absolutely rent from Japan wireless when we are in Japan again!
