It's a great production, easy to use with extremely fast download speeds.
I travelled extensively in the South West of Japan and had good coverage everywhere.
The only negative criticism is the terrible, low quality instructions that comes in the pack. The writing is very small and blurred because itlooks like a photocopy of a photo copy.. So bad, that I had to phone the company for assistance.
It is an easy fix. Other than that I was very happy with the service.

Had our wifi delivered to our hotel. We were provided with tracking details so we knew it would be there. It was exceptionally easy to set up. Worked 100% of the time. Came with charger, powerbank, cord, bag etc. Highly recommended and will be using again

I have used Japan Wireless for the second time in 2 years consecutively. I have found their service impeccably efficient. I have the internet coverage and speed that I need for when I am on leave and cannot fault the coverage, internet speed nor modem battery life !!

It's my 4th time using Japan Wireless service, it's always perfect. Sending your pocket wifi to hotel and return it with a prepaid enveloppe is really great. I will continue in the future!

Very happy with my wi-fi experience. Fast and friendly service at KIX, and the unit worked to keep me in communication for my entire trip. I also liked the ease of returning the unit at the airport post box. Thank you, we'll see you next time!

We are so glad to have rented this pocket WiFi. Without it it would be difficult to stay connected and to navigate around. This package is good with extra powerbank unfortunately the powerbank we had wasn't good enough to stay till the end of the day. So after couple of days we don't bother to bring it along as we brought our own powerbank too. Overall the pocket WiFi was very good and handy. We will rent again if we visit Japan again
