Great service, good WiFi, all of the services are very great.

Loved how easy it was to order this item online and it was delivered to hotel with no problems. When we needed to extend days due to change in flights, emailing japan wireless was very simple and they respond really quickly. Needed the wifi to entertain 2 toddlers on longer journeys - It definitely helped distract them from having tantrums!

Easy and convenient transaction. We dropped the package at the nearest mail box. So easy!

I got it from the airport without any hassle or delays, connection service is perfect, very reliable, cost efficient, and was able to return it back in the airport easily. I will definitely use their service again when I come back to Japan!

Really convenient and reliable...and the connection is consistently strong and fast!

I ordered the pocket wifi online prior to our trip to Japan. Then upon arrival in Narita, I got the pocket wifi with a powerbank from the post office at the airport, turned the gadget on and voila, we're online!

At the end of our Japan tour, I just placed the gadget and the powerbank in the self-stamped return envelope and dropped it in a mailbox on the sidewalk near the station where we boarded the bus to the airport.

From the pick-up to drop-off, this device and the services was pretty easy to use! The wifi device did get pretty warm since we used it all day but it never failed us. Connectivity was super fast and we had 6 devices using it at a time! They didn’t give us an extra battery so we got a little refund back which was nice, although would’ve preferred the extra battery. It was fine since we had our own portable battery. Would definitely use this again! No regrets and love the fast, reliable wifi!
