My wife and I always rent Pocket WiFi Units from this company every time we visit Japan!
The units work very well and it’s always convenient to arrive at our hotel and be given the units at the Front Desk.
The convenient envelope the company provides for returning the units is also extremely easy (just put the units in the provided return envelope, seal it and hand it to the front desk so they can drop it in their Mail Box.
We plan to use this company again during our coming trip to Sapporo and Tokyo this Jan 30, 2019

VEry convenient and fast

In October my wife and I celebrated a big anniversary with an 18 day holiday in Japan spending time in various regions including Kyoto, Okayama, Naoshima and the Art Islands, and ending up with 5 days in Tokyo. The wireless connection worked brilliantly everywhere and gave us great freedom and confidence to explore.
