The whole ordering and shipping process was so simple and easy.
The extra battery pack is a thoughtful addition. Having wi-fi all day made navigation so simple and stress-free.
Easy order process, reliable delivery and easy return. Reasonable rates and reliable connection. Extra battery included was also very helpful. Would use again.
The mobile hotspot worked as advertised. Highly recommend renting this product should you visit Japan.
Easy to use and it never failed.
3 weeks in Japan using this mobile Wi-Fi and it was a flawless experience, I cannot recommend it enough.
This is the best way to get WiFi in Japan hands down. Worked everywhere I went and had no issues. Simple, fast, and easy pick-up and returns.
When I was in Japan for the first time, I found it very useful and convenient to be able to have limitless internet access whenever I needed. For some, it might be a bit difficult to navigate without internet in a foreign country. As it is very easy to use, I can only recommend it!
I ordered a pocket WiFi device for our vacation. It arrived at our hotel in advance and we received it at check-in. It's easy to use and came with a convenient, light-weight spare battery. The WiFi's battery would usually last around 9 hours on its own, then we'd plug it into the spare. Coverage was excellent throughout Tokyo. We found that there was a problem with the charger cable, so I emailed Japan Wireless and they sent a new cable to our hotel right away! Sending everything back was also easy - just pack it up in the prepaid envelope and drop it in the mail at the airport. Would definitely go with Japan Wireless again!
Worked everywhere and perfectly on our two phones and two ipads during our two week plus trip using trains, ferries, subways, buses and sneakers. Pickup at the hotel and drop off at another hotel worked very efficiently.
