Wonderful service and really convenient! I was able to maintain wireless service during my entire 3wk stay! Device was small and easy to pack in my purse. Spent the whole day and evening without having to recharge battery. Will recommend and definitely use this next time I’m in Japan :)

I was vacationing in Japan for 2 weeks and rented a pocket wifi(hotspot) from Japan Wireless only a few days before arriving. We visited Tokyo, Hakone, Osaka, Nara, Kyoto. Everywhere I have been, I have always got signal. It's a must have when you don't know where you're going in Japan. I had my phone connected to this pocket wifi everywhere I went. It works great in the underground rail systems, too! Here's the kicker, even though I rented it so late, it was actually the best deal I have found.

Lasted all day, easy to pick up and easy to put in a lost box. We had reception and internet everywhere we went. Will use again!

No line at the airport, was connected in less than 5 minutes. So glad I had it, never had any problems, fast and reliable. Next I go back to Japan, will definitely use Japan Wireless again.
