User friendly website, very efficient delivery and returns system. The wifi unit itself was compact, had v strong signal all the time and battery life was good. Excellent and accomodating service. I always use Japan Wireless when i go to Japan.

I’ve been using Japan Wireless for a few years now and they’re service has always been spot on. From ordering online to your door, they’ve made the process smooth and simple. All their units have arrived with detailed instructions and an easy return envelope. Wireless service has been great. From Tokyo to Nagoya to Hiroshima I’ve had no issues with weak signals.

Having WiFi throughout japan was amazing. And definitely came in handy when trying to get around. Japan wireless made everything very convienent for pick up and drop off. I would highly recommend using japan wireless if you are going to japan.

I ordered from the website in the morning and by the time we got back to the hotel it was already waiting for us at the front desk. Super fast delivery and convenient. They were also the best value out of all the other services we found. The wifi was fast and we had no trouble sharing between two mobile devices. The only minor negative thing about it was that the charging port on the wifi box was a little loose. While it was charging in my bag the cable would sometimes come off and wouldn’t realize until we lost connection when the battery died. But this was definitely a life saver while we were visiting Japan without a data plan. Returning was also very convenient, just drop off the package at the post office in the airport. Will definitely use them again when I come back to Japan.

The WiFi unit met us at our hotel and got mailed back in the airport. Was the perfect companion for our trip through japan. The unit itself had decent battery life and the supplied extra battery charger made through Even the long days of sightseeing. You just have to remember to charge both units at night. I highly recommend and will be ordering again on our next trip to Japan.

Easy to rent and return, quality portable wifi!

Japan wireless made our trip SO much easier. There was zero hassle and we had amazing wireless service everywhere we went. I couldn't recommend Japan Wireless more!!
