Easy to order, collection from Narita airport post office was straight forward and got 3 of us online from the start of our adventure in Japan. Everything was included, and the power pack was good back up although tended to need to charge my phone on the go, the pocket wifi held it's charge well. My other friends had been given a pouch to keep the pack in which would've been useful, it wasn't included in ours. I posted it back from Tokyo before catching the train to save time at the airport but I understand there is a post box before you go into departures. We thought it was good value for money and a big advantage was not having to change things on our phones as you do with a new SIM card. Can recommend this product, I was notified by email that it had been received and all was in order. Many thanks.
