Good receiption and easy connection, 5 star for all

I've been using Japan Wireless for about a year now. I'm from the LA area, so I use it when I do business travels to Japan. My co-worker recommended it to me, as he uses it too, and has not had any problems.
This last trip (end of Apr 2019), I did have an issue with my unit, but I notified JW and within 24 hours, they had a new unit out to my hotel. But they were very responsive and quick action.
I contacted them via emails, and I would think that's the slowest method of contacting them, and they were still very quick.
I have no worries when I use JW. I will continue using them for the next few years, as my projects in Tokyo (and throughout Japan) continue.

Pocket wifi came in very handy when trying to translate or do research on where to eat or explore!

I rented the Japan Wireless devise for my week in Japan. It was really easy to arrange, had great coverage and was much cheaper than setting up international roaming. Highly recommend!

Nothing to complain

Easy to pick-up, easy to return, the battery is efficient and the signal always excellent, so I could only warmly recommend this company and this tool, especially for the price.
