Battery lasted all day with heavy use. An absolute must

Service was great as usual. Thank you guys! Highly recommended

Easy to order, friendly and good costumer service, easy to use, fast and stable internet.

Simple to use and very good WiFi !

Rented the pocket WiFi for a week, easy pickup from the airport, worked great the entire time, no throttling, had service everywhere we went around Tokyo and Kyoto. Would definitely use again next time we go to Japan

WiFi Device delivered and waiting at our hotel in Osaka. Turn it on, connect to phone and iPad, put password in and that’s it. Simple, good connection, great speed. We had regularly 3 devices connected at the same time and it worked perfectly. Very good price. Will use again in future visits to Japan. Posted back to Japan wireless from airport in paid envelope provided by Japan wireless prior to departure. It is an amazing service! Thank you

Flawless
4G connection virtually everywhere
With WiFi calling enabled calling back to the States is like home
Using it on the bullet train with Google Maps can trace our progress to our destination

Great service / easy pick up and return .

Setup unnecessarily difficult due to lack of English language option on setup screen and an ambiguous printed instruction sheet but once set up, the service is excellent. Would be 5 stars with clear setup instructions.

The device worked very well and was very useful. Five us were using it for about six devices.
Battery life was about just six hours, needed charging after that.
