I used the best portable hot spot provided by Japan Wireless during a recent 16 days stay in Japan. My tour traveled to many cities and remote attractions. I used it in the subways and in many other trying situations. I always got a very good Internet service.

An excellent tool for your trip in Japan, i went to the mountains from Takayama and even there, always had internet with the pocket Wifi I rented. Very recommended and also, is cheap.

We used the unlimited WiFi for our two week trip to Japan. Pick up was easy. Upon arriving at Narita, we simply went upstairs to the Post Office and presented our passports. The signal strength and battery life was excellent and the speed handled the 1000+ pictures we uploaded with no issues. We traveled Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Miyajima during our stay. We also had JR passes and the WiFi signal was great on the many Shinkansen rides we took. This will be my go-to provider for all my future trips to Japan!

It was easy to order, and easily delivered to the hotel, no stress. Great wifi connection and battery life. Comes with return envelope, and mailed from hotel. Most convenient WIFI I know.

Everything worked superfine with this service. We got the pocket WiFi at the hotel on the date of arrival. Connection is very fast. Highly recommended!

Easy to get and perfect to use!
I rented it from Sweden and picked it up at Narita airport!
And left it at Narita when we left.
We were 4 persons using it all the time, and thanks to the powerbank that was inkluded we had no problems with powering the unit. We never runed out of surf or power!

We picked up and gave back the pocket at Narita Airport post office. Everything went very well, as the device allowed us to access the internet with a very good speed. Beyond the free internet in the hotels, this was the only source of connection in Japan. Recommended!
