The wireless is always connected with high speed. So it’s awesome

The service provided was very reliable and according to the information showed in the brochure.

I found this pocket WiFi to be very reliable and absolutely indispensable to staying connected as a traveler in Japan, for navigating and information. It was very easy to carry and also came with a spare battery, and even though I spent long days out the regular battery was very long lasting. I chose the lighter package and it was very adequate. I’d definitely get this again.

Fantastic deal, easy to pick up, use, and drop-off. The included power bank in also a nice, and necessary, bonus. Compared to the other mobile wifi options, this is definitely the best available in Japan.

I never had any issue with it during my week. The battery lasted long and when it ran out, having the backup was a big lifesaver.

We used the wifi whilst we were on a cruise around Japan. We visited cities all over the country. The reception was great with only a few black spots. We would definitely use this service again
