The entire process start to finish was super easy. The wireless router worked amazing and the return was super straightforward. We will be using this service again next time we visit!

The pocket wifi worked great all throughout Japan! I charged it every night and the charge always lasted a full day without running out. The device is pretty small and could easily be stored in my wallet crossbody. It is very easy to set up and start using! It is also very easy return when you are finished! I’ve used Japan Wireless 3 times so far and would definitely recommend!!!

Picked up at Narita airport with no issues. Easy to use. Durable battery (all day long).
No problems of connection most of the time, even outside cities, in the mountains or countryside.
