Didn't know what to expect with this product when I went to Japan. Overall, I'm pleased. Had a few connectivity issues here and there, primarily in big buildings and in some rural areas, but overall everything worked as well as expected!

It was easy to pick up, setup and use for 20 days we had it. Worked wonderfully and coverage was amazing.

This worked everywhere I went in japan and was so affordable. I charged it every night and it lasted throughout the whole day, sometimes with the help of the extra battery

The service lived up to it's promise. The device was waiting for us at the hotel reception when we checked in. It worked faultlessly during our fortnight in various parts of Japan and the return could not have been easier. Thank you Japan Wireless!

I cannot fault Japan Wireless' service. Great product, great communication and very nice people. It was reasonably priced, provided consistent wireless access and was easy to charge and carry around.

The service was faultless both delivery and return process was very good indeed. Simple and easy. Coverage was excellent, and the data speed even with 3 of us connected was first class. Would use Japan Wireless again without any hesitation.
