I had very good experience with rental of pocket WiFi. It was very easy to pick up the package at the airport. The instructions are very clearly written, so it was very easy to use the WiFi. A prepaid envelop was provided, so it was very easy to return the package. Overall, the service was exceptional.

Great product for family group. We travelled in Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Osaka and Ishigaki islands and great coverage and speed in all.
