The one thing we were most concerned about was coverage for using our mobile devices while traveling in Japan. During our stay we traveled out of the Tokyo to the city of Atami.
No where during our stay were we out of connection. the Wifi Signal was strong everywhere, even on the bullet train. We never lost connection even on the subways system in Tokyo. If you're concerned about staying connected during your trip and not being hit with international roaming charges, than consider this as your best option.

Router worked all the time with fast internet even with several devices connected. Long battery life that last the over 24hrs.

We arranged to have the wireless hot spot delivered to our hotel and found it waiting for us on arrival. It performed flawlessly - and battery life was quite good. We gave the return envelop to our hotel at checkout and we were on our way. I can't imagine an easier option for staying in touch - all for roughly $6 / day

The internet was fast and reliable, reasonably priced. Pretty much all u can ask for!

Worked well everywhere we travelled (Tokyo, Kyoto, Naoshima) and much less expensive than paying our cellular carrier. Recommenced.

This was one of the best things that I had organised before my trip. The portable wifi went with me as I traveled around Japan and was used everyday from minor Instagram posts to looking up train times and maps to help me find my way. The wifi worked everywhere I went and was comfort to know that at all times I could contact my loved ones and be up to date with what was happening in the world.The Portable Wifi was waiting at my hotel as soon as I arrived in Japan, and was with me until I posted it back at the airport.
So if people ask, I always tell them that using Japan Wireless was easy, affordable and so worth it!!!

Delivery was on time. The connection was perfect throughout the country. The right price.
