Makes travelling in Japan so much more convenient!

We rented a pocket WiFi on the website before our travel to Japan. It was easy to order. The pocket WiFi was delivered to the Post Office at Narita airport, Terminal 1 located on the 4th floor. We picked it up after arriving at the airport. It was easy. There were 3 of us and we each had excellent WiFi throughout Odaiba, Yokohama, Tokyo and Funabashi areas. Will definitely use again and highly recommend a pocket WiFi if you travel on your own. We were able to get around by train and subways using Google Maps.

Great device to have continuous and uninterrupted internet access when travelling in Japan. Fantastic connectivity and service, good price, easy to use, lightweight. Convenient to rent and return at the airport. Would definitely rent again from Japan Wireless when visiting Japan again in the future.

We had WiFi everywhere , even in the metro and trains . Was very helpfull with Google Maps . Impossible to travel in Japan without.!!!

Picked up at HND and dropped off at KIX and service was great throughout! If you're planning on keeping the wifi on all day, then it's a good idea to have your own battery pack depending on what your usage is like. We found that the battery pack provided was able to keep the wifi device charged for the day, but would probably have not been enough to also keep our phones charged at the same time. Overall, the wifi provided was excellent (we had no issues getting a signal even in the subway stations underground) and an excellent price! Highly recommend Japan Wireless!

Portable WiFi rental was convenient pick up at Narita. WiFi connection was flawless and battery lasted for 7-8 hours.
Drop off at Narita post box was very easy after check in. Highly recommend this company.
