We recently started our holiday in Japan and after 1 day had to return home unexpectedly. The staff were very understanding and compassionate with regards to our situation. We will return and will book again. Cannot recommend this service highly enough.

Perfect!!!

It was fast, easy and good to order and use.

No issues, always had WiFi signal. Battery life was good, did need the battery pack for longer days. But no problems at all!

I picked up the hotspot wifi at Narita (4th fl, departures, post office). It was quick and easy. The service is amazing. The hotspot works everywhere. Returning it at Narita was as easy. Worth the money

We opted to have the sim card delivered to our hotel. When we arrived, it was already waiting for us at the hotel reception. The instructions we received along with the SIM were easy to follow, so using the SIM was easy peasy.

This is a great service. The WiFi was waiting at our hotel as ordered, it had clear instructions for use and we just posted it back when we left Japan. The WiFi was very steady and we often had multiple users with no reduction in signal.
Well worth using this service
