Great reception service for our Japan Trip in Nagoya, Osaka and Tokyo. Highly recommended for a group trip as everyone is enjoying stating connected.

+ with Powerbank which is quite helpful to keep the device alive.

Pretty smooth process from start to finish. Product worked great.

Wireless device worked flawlessly everywhere. Tokyo. Osaka, Kyoto, mt Fuji, Hiroshima, Yokohama.
Charge lasted most of the day and the 5000mah power brick supplied provided juice for the evening.
Delivered to my hotel and returned simply at airport post box via prepaid envelope.
I've never experienced service like this anywhere before, especially because I got a replacement unit on day 2 , no fuss, delivered same day to my hotel.

I’ve always used this every time I go to Japan. It’s very convenient and cheap. I’ve used it since 2018.

Visited Tokyo, and ordered a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. The pocket wifi was sent to my hotel, and arrived on the date I requested. The instructions were easy to follow, and the service availability was very good wherever I went. The return of the equipment was very simple, with the envelope provided. Just drop in a mailbox. Happy with the overall process!
