Used this for a recent 14 day visit to Shinjuku. Picked this up from collection point at the airport which was very easy to find. Its so easy to use, just turn it on and connect. Had no problems during our stay, no down time and the speeds were great. Everything loaded almost instantly, just like being back home. 10/10. Will definitely use this again when we go back in future.

They make it so easy, my device was waiting for me at my hotel when I checked in, no waiting in lines to get it or return it. I always use Japan Wireless.

The battery life of the hotspot lasted longer than I thought it would. The battery it came could have been better, but nobody else comes with a battery. The pick up location is hard to find but returning is very easy.

Very good connection and everything went smoothly, except at the beginning, which was a shame because without internet you are lost in Japan. But we managed to get to our hotel somehow and were given very good and quick support by the company and were able to change the settings accordingly.

Very happy. The WiFi worked perfectly and the process of pick-up and return was very smooth and efficient. It was my second time using it and I will definitely use it again.

I have rented this product over 5 times and it is a mandatory part of any visit to Japan. Even though I also activate international calling and data on my U.S. cell phone plan, I find this very useful as my US carrier provides spotty coverage and slow speeds. This service is much more reliable and faster

I found it very easy to set up and coverage was good. Had to switch network a few times, but not a problem.

We had problems with the powebank and reached out to Japan Wireless. Got a quick response and a new powebank sent to my hotel the next day.

Great that it can be used by several devices at the same time.
