Everything from pickup to drop off was easy.

Generally reliable wherever I went, you do have to refresh the wifi signal every now and then in case the signal stops. It sometimes cuts out if you happen to go underground while riding the train so be mindful of where you’re at at all times.

Reliable internet access throughout Japan and very easy to install.

I used the sim during my 10 day trip through Osaka and Kyoto and the connection all throughout was very reliable even though I had Google Maps open posted IG stories most of the day. Highly recommended!

Easy self-installation, and the sim card has good coverage.

The E-Sim was brilliant it worked perfectly. I had one issue that I eventually solved. My phone picked up the Hotel WiFi but when I left the Hotel my phone did not reconnect to the E-Sim. However I simply switched the Phone Off and On again and the E-Sim was back All good and thank you

The Japan Wireless is a good one and very fast response and internet connection
