Ordering was very easy. The package was delivered to our hotel and it was waiting for us when we arrived. The instructions included in the package was easy to follow. We used the wi-fi rental throughout our time in Japan without any problems. The instructions to return the wi-fi rental was easy, too. Drop off was at the airport. I would recommend Japan Wireless to friends and family when they travel to Japan. Thank you.

Thanks guys for a brilliant gadget and highly recommend your service. So easy to pick up on arrival at the airport and pop in the post prior to departure. Having constant access to maps and local highlights made it so much easier for this first time visitor.

Ordered when we realised we needed wifi after arriving in Japan, booked online and delivered straight to where we were staying. Very straightforward and efficient.

I ordered a portable Wi-Fi unit through Japan Wireless during my trip because my travel SIM I had purchased in Australia was costing me a lot of money.
I received the unit the day after ordering it, which was astonishingly fast! The internet coverage was perfect, and we never had a single dropout!
The returns process was simple as can be.

If I return to Japan, I will 110% order again through Japan Wireless and I strongly recommend them to everyone!

We booked a last minute trip from Hawaii to Japan & Japan wireless came thru with a great mifi product and a backup power bank a day before our flight. Fast WiFi and long battery life! Definitely recommend this product!
