I picked it up at Narita terminal 1 post office, and everything was so clear and easy to use and return. I super recommended.

We have traveled all over Japan, the service coverage was always excellent. The signal is good even in the subway and the Shinkansen. The built-in battery usually lasted the whole day for 2 users. We used the external battery only once after long day of heavy usage by multiple people. Ordering, handling and installation is very simple. I would definitely recommend this service.

The router was extremely user friendly and the price is also amazing for the service you receive... no complications everything was easy and smooth you receive it upon checking in at your hotel then drop it at the airport before departure... so you are always connected...

I'm very happy with Japan-Wireless service.
I rented one WiFi device which was delivered to our Hotel.
The device worked fine in all visited cities;
very good connection even when we got shinkansen trains.
I haven't made speed tests.
No issue with the battery; we have never used the additiona power bank.
The delivery to Narita Airport Post Office was really easy.
Excellent service provided.

Must have tool. Superb 24/7 connection with any device (smartphone, laptop, watch, tablet) long lasting batteries. Great service.

Our pocket wi-fi was invaluable for our trip to Japan. It was waiting at our hotel on arrival, set-up couldn't be easier. We used it everyday and charged overnight...no issues with battery life or data. Popped it into the envelope provided and dropped it in the mail to return. Very impressed with this service from Japan Wireless!

It was my first time going to Japan, and there was a lot of things I could've done better to prepare for my trip. This little device was the one thing I did not regret getting. It was so convenient and relieving to have wifi access at all times. I was confident to travel anywhere in Japan with this on me.
