Excellent service and easy to use as well as return. Saved me a lot of money

Really glad we had it, was very useful, fast internet.

I have used it now twice. First i was bit reluctant if it would work outside tokyo. But let me tell you i was in the middle of nowhere in the mountains of japanese alpes and it almost always worked 100% with 5 people connected! My go to service and recommend it to anyone going to japan. High quality for very very reasonable price!

I had an amazing experience the whole time, the battery lasted a lot of time and I had reception almost everydat, its a great idea that the package comes with an extra battery, although its very heavy. im glad I rented japan wireless during my visit in Japan

I returned the WiFi earlier due to the additional battery charger not working:( they tried to replace but I had already bought a SIM card. WiFi hot spot has poor battery life in general. Great communication via email.

It was very easy to book a pocket Wi-Fi and they immediately answered our e-mail with questions regarding the pick-up.
