Simple to have it delivered to our address we were staying at. and non stop for the 14 days we have coverage. We used google maps facebook snapchat all with no issues. Top service and worth the money rather than using global roaming on our mobiles

On our recent 21 day visit to Japan we utilised the Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi rental, the unit worked flawlessly for 4 of us throughout the 21 days from Sapporo, Lake Toya, Nikko, Tokyo, Kyoto and finally Osaka, excellent set up and well priced.

Terrific device. It had signal everywhere we went & was perfect for 3 of us traveling together. The charge generally lasted most of the day. My only minor complaint is that the battery backup they provided didn't work at all. We brought our own so it wasn't a huge deal.

This item , will help you in getting connected to the internet, so you will be able to reach every place with google maps and other things...I advice you to choose unlimited traffic.

Just as advertised, was waiting at the hotel, worked like a charm and just dropped in the accompanying envelope then in the post box and done.

Easy and fast rental, everything is explained and the price is interesting.

Every step of the rental process was easy and hassle free. The service was excellent no matter the location. Battery was so good that we only had to use the back up once during the entire trip. Delivery was waiting for us at the hotel with everything as promised and the drop off was easy and convinient. Great value all around!

We rented the mobile WiFi for 2.5 weeks and the experience was seamless from pick up to drop off. It was such an easy process picking up and dropping off. We traveled from the city of Tokyo to the farmlands of kochi and found the service to be excellent. We never hit any dead spots and the WiFi was integral for our trip. The speed was as advertised. Loved the extra battery pack where I only used once. Didn’t find the extra battery pack necessary since the full charge WiFi unit lasts a whole day with constant usage. I would definitely rent from Japan wireless again.
