Very good service. Easy pick up and very easy to send it back

I can't imagine traveling in Japan without this. I was originally going to use my cell phone service (Verizon), but my wife really wanted the pocket wifi as a backup. It's a good thing that she insisted, standard cell service was dismall. We used the pocket wifi for two weeks, all day every day. Great connectivity, and never ran out of power. I would highly reccomend anyone traveling to Japan to make sure that they have one of these on hand.

Pick up and drop off were very smooth and easy to do. We had to recharge the wi-fi every day but when done so it worked all the time. We were very happy to use it. Thank you!

This pocket wifi device worked very well for the entire period. It was easy to set up and use. If we come to Japan in the future, we’ll definitely use it again.
