Signal coverage was great within Tokyo and also throughout Japan. Pickup and dropoff were seamless. Highly recommend this if you are travelling to the country.

If you are traveling to Japan and needing a pocket wifi router, Japan Wireless is the company you need to contact.

What to say? Second time we use this router, never a problem, always connected. Easy to order, very good service. Very fast to reply to emails too. Thank you again!

I used it for 25 days stay in Japan and I never had an issue with it, I would totally use them again if I would travel to Japan again.

Parfait

I was able to pick up my device at the time and location that it was ordered for. It worked well throughout my stay in Japan. Occasionally I had to charge it during the day as I spent 8-12 hours touring the city. Returning the device was simple and quick.

We used the wifi device for our 3 phones and 1 iPad. It’s definitely good price for those phones and iPad. Easy to pick up and send back. They even notify you that they receive the wifi device back. Love the service.

Easy to set up rental. Like the idea of no limit on data.

Everything was great.

Very useful if you go to Japan to have internet access at all time. One thing they could improve is to set up the English language on the device, because it was everything in Japanese, so better don't touch anything if you don't know the language... other than that was perfect. Highly recommended.
