We had fast internet for 10 straight days. Don't visit Japan without Premium Wifi.

Fast, Realible and easy to connect

Didn't have a problem with setting up the eSIM. It was really easy. But had a small problem in configuring the hotspot functionality on my phone. Support did help very fast and everything is working fine now!

Only the speed is a bit slow. I mostly reach speeds at around 10-15 Mbps instead of the claimed 40.

I am very glad that I found this service before I flew to Japan. The information on the webpage was clear enough for me to understand the process, what and when I needed to activate it, etc. Once I started to use eSim, it worked completely well, and the instruction was very helpful too. And the price was the best compared to everywhere else, to the point I doubted at first if the service would be really valid. I am very happy that I chose this one.

We were very satified with this pocket wi-fi solution: it's cheap, very reliable and it never went out of charge during the day. Highly suggested!

The pocket wifi was ready at location and time requested. I had no problems using the pocket wifi and the battery lasted the day without having to recharge. Returning the pocket wifi was easy.

Easy to pickup, easy to use, never seemed to drop out unless underground in the trains. Data was quick - the kids never complained. Would definitely use again.
