Everything was great.

Very useful if you go to Japan to have internet access at all time. One thing they could improve is to set up the English language on the device, because it was everything in Japanese, so better don't touch anything if you don't know the language... other than that was perfect. Highly recommended.

Have been using them for 10 years and will continue to use them for another 10 years.

I had a very easy time using the wifi. I had service in almost every area i went.

I had made a mistake in my order for the dates of using the WiFi box and they were very kind and understanding and promptly reimbursed me for the extra days I accidentally ordered for. The customer service is fantastic and always there for you with their servitude. Thank you Japan wireless! Will be using again next summer!

It worked perfectly and was really helpful during all my trip.

The device helped us a lot thought the country. Always working.
And it was very simple both getting it at the hotel in Tokyo on our arrival and giving it back by sending it at a Post Office in Kyoto.

Perfect connection.

We rented from Japan Wireless for our recent 2-week vacation in Japan and it was super easy and worked everywhere, from. Kyoto to Hiroshima, to Takayama, to Tokyo. There were 4 of us in our family using it almost constantly and there was never an issue. The unit was in our room when we arrived at our first hotel and we just dropped it in a post box at the airport when we left. Super easy and saved us a lot of money over the international plan from our cell phone carrier.

Delivered right to the hotel. Easy package for return right from airport. It’s a must do!
