It worked perfectly! Totally recommended!

WEe first used Japan Wireless in January this year and have just booked it again for our next snow trip in February.
Our experiences across northern Honshu and Hokkaido were faultless and reception quite good even in the more remote areas.
Whether watching movies on line at night or phone mapping our movements during the day it was worth every cent or yen.

Thanks to JapanWireless for the amazing service, you can forget about connection since you'll be always connected at maximum speed. Battery last enough to make you travel around without any problem, just recharge during the night.

Japan wireless delivers exactly what they promise. The pocketwifi was waiting for us at our hotel and we could post it at the airport before leaving Japan. Totally no probkems, and wifi where ever we went. Wonderful!

Easy booking and great experience overall.

We were traveling in Japan for 21 days and ordered the pocket wifi. An excellent choice. It worked well everywhere we went. Some city and rural areas. The wifi was a lot better than some of the hotel wifi. And more dependable. We used the wifi for basic searches, google maps often, and some social media. We didn’t use it a lot for streaming but when we did it worked seamlessly.
We had up to 6 devices connected with four going at the same time. No issues.
The device rarely lost battery. We only had to use the back up battery provided once the entire trip.
I have traveled a lot and this is a must have for any future trip to Japan.
Japan wireless made it extremely easy to order, have it waiting at the hotel and having to send it back in the envelope enclosed.

Flawless internet even up on Mt Fuji. Never failed. Easy to pick up and clear instructions. A MUST HAVE for Japan

Excellent wifi and it stayed charged all day! Only two things I might suggest. A faster mobile charger and an extra charging cable so that you can charge the wifi and the mobile charger at the same time. Thank you for a super good deal on mobile wifi! It worked really well for me!

The ordering process was very easy and I really appreciate the links to show where to actually pick it up at the airport. Also helpful to see ahead of time how to set it up initially or reset if there is an issue. We look forward to picking it up in November and trust that it will be a successful experience!
