Worth every penny! We had fast wifi everywhere we went in Japan. Even in remote areas! We used Google Translator and Apple Maps for transit info constantly and I do t remember ever not having internet accesss. Never had to turn our cellular on. A must have for visiting Japan from another country.

It is easy to pick up and using in the Japan.

Used this portable WiFi router in Tokyo and Kyoto, and it worked great. Strong connection, long battery life, and an extra battery pack included. It was small enough to fit in my purse, easy to set up, and priced at around $90 for two weeks—definitely worth it.

Devices worked well, and were not heavy or bulky. As I use multiple phones, it was very helpful.
