Flawless system from pick up to drop off, I cannot recommend this service enough.

Sharing between 2 people, fast speed all the time and no problem at all!

The service from Japan wireless and the wifi puck were great.

Everything was Perfect, from the package at airport post office, to the outstanding operation.
Must have visiting Japan.

I used the service for a short stay in Japan while visiting Tokyo, Nara, & Mt. Fuji. I never lost my connection using the service. I highly recommend it!

We got this pocket wifi for 2 weeks and travel from hakodate, tokyo, osaka, kyoto and hiroshima. Never have any problem with it with our 3 teenager sons (except when the train in the tunnel). The connection/speed is much better than the one on the shinkansen and better than some of the pocket wifi from the air bnb hosts. Pickup/Return very convenience at the airport. I will definitely rent it again next time.
