Purchasing from Japan wireless is the best thing I did during my Japan visit. I encountered some problems but they were very quick to fix it. I appreciate how they handled situation and never encountered any problem since. The internet was fast and reliable. Will definitely purchase from them again!

We carried the pocket WiFi and a power pack in our backpack for e weeks in Japan. We needed the power pack but were able to stay connected for 2 mobile for the duration of our stay. It was brilliant.

Renting it was easy, getting it at the airport was not hard and I used it for 13 days and it worked great. Will definitely rent it again.

This worked very well for me while in Japan. Several friends logged in and I never ran out of bandwidth. A very workable solutions for the short term.

This is a good quality hotspot with better speed than an eSIM and I found it to be more reliable. The service of having it at my hotel when I arrived was very convenient and I was able to drop it in a post box nearby. I’ll continue to rent from Japan wireless for my future trips

Excellent wifi definitely will subscribe again

Pocket wifi worked great. Just kept in the backpack while exploring and never had an issue. Awesome that it comes with a power bank for extra long days out and about.

Data worked from Osaka to Tokyo no problems!

We used the premium portable WiFi router incl. powerbank to navigate during our first self-organized trip. From pickup to return the whole service was very easy to understand and worked super reliable. We also travelled in the countryside and the service never failed on us. What also amazed us was the super easy drop off return via mailbox. We dropped it off right before our flight out of Haneda and the return receipt was confirmed to us when we hit ground at home. Thank you so much for this great quality service. Would always do it again - make sure to take the one with powerbank if you intend to navigate and research a lot.
