Delivered to my hotel, with easy return through post . Good connection any where we went in Japan.
The only problem was baterrey doesn't last long. Need bank charger

My friend and I had a little trouble locating the post office at narita airport but once we found it the process was easy and the workers were very friendly and helpful, I will definitely use Japan wireless again when I visit next time!

I thought I ordered too late but came to my hotel just in time

Everything it was perfect. Unlimited data usage with very good connection during my whole trip. Highly recommended!

The wifi connection was great and we did not experience any limited connection. We will definitely use this service again when we visit Japan. Thank you!

I have used this service for my last two trips to Japan. It is very convenient and worked very well regardless of where I went in Japan. Highly recommend it. The WIFI device itself is cell phone-size and very easy to carry around in one's purse or pocket. The battery lasted all day for me.

Tutto perfetto! Ho ordinato il pocket Wi-Fi pochissimi giorni prima dell’arrivo in Giappone. L’ho trovato in hotel ed ha funzionato sempre perfettamente! Lo consiglio assolutamente

Wonderfull product to contact the World. 7 devices stayed in contact.

This is my third time going to Japan, and the third time that I order from Japan-Wireless. I have never had any problems with their WiFi, they deliver on time. It’s easy to pick out from the airport (where I wanted to get it). The function was great, I had internet everywhere. Convenient, easy, the return was easy as well. When people tell me they are going to Japan I recommend them to get their WiFi from Japan Wireless.
I have ordered their WiFi the day before my travels and they managed to get it to the airport the same time as I landed. This time Japan Wireless saw that I was landing in terminal 1 in Narita airport (not an option to choose from delivery place when ordering WiFi) and they told me that instead of me having to go to terminal 2 to pick it up, they were gonna send it to the post office in terminal 1. So convenient! Great service! Very Japan!

This is my third time with the pocket wifi, and it was better every time.
We have 4 devices connected, and no problem. And the delivery at the post office great, also returning it very easy. The pocket size is convenient and easy to use.
