Very good service. Dependable with good signal

Super convenient to receive and return. For the most part, was very reliable while maintaining a connection with two devices.

I had my pocket WiFi for a 13 day stay in Japan and my pocket WiFi was fantastic. The product arrived at the hotel before I got there and the hotel staff were ready to give it to me when I checked in. It was also great to see that there was a little pocket charger in with my pocket WiFi so I never had to worry about running out of battery

I researched pretty thoroughly and picked Japan Wireless mainly because of price plus the included backup battery. If you’re out sight seeing all day you will need to recharge and it’s easier to recharge in the go with the backup batteries. The pickup and drop off were both very easy. Very good, clear instructions. I liked the linked page that contains several pictures that guided me to the pickup spot at Haneda. Very useful. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again!

The portable WiFi speed is good, we can get stable signal . Price is reasonable. I am happy.

Booked the pocket wifi online. Had it delivered to my hotel and it was there waiting when I arrived. The wifi was easy to use, long battery life and came with a powerbank. We connected 5 devices on the go and the signal was very good, no issues. Returning it was easy. We put it in the provided envelope and dropped it into the letterbox at the airport. Will definitely use again.

I order by internet 4 kits before travelling to Japan and there were delivered at my hotel in Tokyo perfectly in time. The service has been fully provided, helping a lot my stay in Tokyo with my family.

Japan wireless is reliable; once you arrive in the hotel,the router is already there.. signal is good even if we are travel 2 to 4hrs away from Tokyo;I will rent again with Japan wireless.. hopefully,they will expand their business to korea as well.

Very easy to pick up at the airport (Haneda). And the kit came with everything including a return envelope.
Worked wonderfully. No issues. I will definitely use Japan Wireless again in future visits!
