We had to cancel our trip due to Covid-19. The refund for the service was done in prompt and kind manner. On our future trip, planned for early 2023, I will use Japan Wireless again!

I ordered the pocket Wi-Fi before arriving in Japan and the device was there at my hotel on check in. The device worked great and the added security of having the portable charging brick was a great bonus. The return was easy with the return envelope. I simply gave it to the hotel staff at checkout to mail back for me.

The best! So easy to use and fast delivery. Will definitely use again!

Had the best of times in Tokyo twice, thanks to JW. Simple and reliable all the way.

I've rented from Japan Wireless several times - for example, when I've gone on vacation to save on wireless data fees, or when I've stayed in a hospital for a month due to an operation. The product is excellent, the rate is fair, and the delivery/return process is simple. I highly recommend Japan Wireless. They've been a big help.

Exactly what I needed and very well done. There were some small issues with the pocket wifi where it would stop working all of a sudden, but following the instructions to reset it immediately fixed the problem. Extremely easy and straightforward service!

Always easy and great!

Great service! Very friendly

Good service , never had a problem receiving or returning the device. They make it easy and hassle free.
