I found myself in a somewhat unfortunate situation being without Wi-Fi or a phone plan right before a move. Japan wireless quickly and seamlessly sent me a pocket WiFi with simple and easy to read instructions. The entire service exceeded my expectations and really helped me out for a very reasonable price.

Customer service are very attentive and always helpful. In my experience, I arrived late and didn't pick up the device on time but luckily they deliver it to me the next day. I am so glad they could tend to my request. Most importantly their pocket WIFI has signal almost everywhere
