Very easy to pick up and send it back ! Perfect !

The process was smooth.

We used the wifi for 21 days in Tokyo, Nikko, Hakone, Seto Islands, Hiroshima and Kyoto. Make sure to charge every night. Would use again.

Great Service and zero problems

The modem/wireless wifi is really helpful and convenient for visitors like us! You dont need to use your roaming for internet.

1. Good internet speed
2. Long battery life
3. Has a power bank
4. Easy pick up / easy dropoff
5. Small and handy!

Probably need more improvement on the modem signal. If you're commuting for sure you are using the train and some times its not detecting signals in train/train station.

Next time i went to japan 100% i'll rent it again!

I rent two times a router and the service was 10 points. I will rent next February again.

Arranged for hotel pick up and they were there on time. Units worked seamlessly throughout the trip! Only suggestion would be to provide a return envelope for each unit rented because they only gave one for two units and it wouldn’t fit in the mailbox. Overall, would highly recommend.

The device was already in my room when I arrived at the hotel. It was easy to use and my friends could also use it also when we were on the bus.
