Arriving at my hotel after a long flight, a package containing my router was waiting for me at the front desk.

Works perfectly, arrives and return uncomplicated in your mailbox.
The device comes with a stamped envelope for return.

The wireless little router worked without any problems during my eight days in Japan. The battery lasted for several hours and I charged it with the powerbank once a day.
I strongly recommend this product to make your life easier and save you some time in Japan!

The device I ordered was delivered on time to my hotel. It was so easy to get working that I didn't need to ask for help. It was so easy to use, worked all the time and was easy to leave at the letter box at the airport. I cannot imagine ever coming to Japan again without ordering pocket wi fifrom Japan Wireless. Made my life so much easier than any other visit to Tokyo when I had no wifi.

I can not imagine if I did not have it when traveling in Japan. It made my travel life much easier. Once I forgot to bring it with me and suddenly, I felt crippled and not sure how to get around the city of Tokyo I knew pretty well. So I had to immediately return to hotel to fetch it. Highly recommend it to anyone who travels in Japan! "Do not leave hotel without it"!

It was easy to pick up and easy to use. Just turn it on and connect your devices. I traveled all around Tokyo and Osaka and had great reception. I experienced some slow speeds during the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka but that is to be expected. Returning it was simple as I just had to find a post office box
