From the pick up to the dropoff. No complaints. The device lasted for about 16hours which was more than enough but the power bank was a great extra to carry around for when needed. We never used the hotel Wifi because we had reliable internet all the time and everywhere.

I've been an avid user of Japan Wireless for my pocket WiFi needs, and to date they have never failed me. Internet coverage has always been very good, regardless on whether you're driving through the winding mountains of Aomori, or riding the subway underneath Tokyo. The pocket WiFi that I receive always works without fail, and they always provide a power bank just in case. Overall, I highly recommend Japan Wireless for your go to site for pocket WiFi.

Highly recommend Japan Wireless for mobile router while in Japan. Picked it up hassle free at Haneda and dropped it back off 13 days later at post box in the terminal. Couldn’t have been easier. Linked to my phone in seconds and I had fast wifi up and down the country the whole time. Great battery life, never a loss of coverage and bandwidth was perfect for my needs, including video meetings for work. 100% recommend.
