I use Japan Wireless every time I go to Japan usually twice a year. Great service Delivered to my hotel and pick up at check-in. If I have a question the response is within a few hours. Comes with a batter charger as well. Highly recommend

Easy pickup at Tokyo airport post office, easy setup and good WiFi reception for our travels. Easy drop off at airport post office drop box. Includes a battery pack in case is needed.

So my phone will not work in Tokyo. I bought the Wireless plan that I carried with me at all times. It was a pocket wifi device. I paid 63 foe 8 days. I was connected at all times and was able to make Wi-Fi calls. Excellent service. When I had an issue and I sent an email to them. I was responded to immediately. I will use again.
