I made a last minute reservation for a pocket wi-fi device on the Premium plan with unlimited data. The device was delivered the same day and had a reliable and fast connection throughout my trip across Japan. Was super easy to return via Japan Post as well. Extremely satisfied with the service and device, I highly recommend Japan Wireless.

Quick response and resolved issue quickly

My phone worked so I didn't need this but my fiends phone didn't and it saved his trip. he was able to link his phone and had internet for the duration.

The ease of reserving a WIFI upon arrival was quick and the staff were very friendly. The WIFI was very reliable and very useful. The ease of the return was so convenient.

Absolute life saver. We didn’t know how much we needed it until we had it. But we were so glad we did. It never dropped connection. Fast speed and kept us going our whole trip. I don’t think we could’ve managed without it.

Everything was in English. Easy pick up and drop off. Didn't lose any connection in Tokyo and Osaka! Amazing

I used this service for about 2 weeks and never had any issue. The pickup and drop off information was very clear. Next time I go to Japan, I will be using this device again. Thanks!!

Very good service. The battery lasts all day. In any case there was a battery charger. The delivery system is very easy: the company provides a side-by-side envelope and can deliver the wi-fi poker to the airport.

We enjoyed using the wifi, it was fast and reliable anywhere we go. We will definitely recommend and will use it again.

The whole online process and follow up was amazing. It has been an awesome customer experience so far.
I will pick up the items next month and I am confident they will be waiting for me then.
